Privacy policy
This policy for Pulsia (pulsiacare.com) explains what data we collect on this site, how we use it, and what choices you have.
What data we collect
- If you request a proposal: your name or your organization's name, the type of organization, your email, your WhatsApp number, the country you're visiting from (based on your connection), and the language you used on the site.
- If you reply by email: the details you share so we can prepare your proposal, such as how many doctors you have, how many patients you see, your specialties, and the countries you work in.
- How you found us: if you came from an ad, we store its tag and the referring page.
- Site usage: we count visits anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics, with no tracking cookies. We store a cookie with the language you chose.
This site doesn't collect any patient health data.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your proposal, and to contact you about it.
- To send you emails about your request, like the confirmation.
- To see which ads work.
We don't sell your data or send you third-party ads.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we use to run the site: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting and anonymous analytics), and Resend (email). They store data on servers in the United States.
When your patients use Pulsia
Patient health data will be processed in a separate, encrypted database with access logging, under a data processing agreement with each clinic and with each patient's express consent. Before we turn on the service, we'll send you those terms and publish here how that data is handled.
How long we keep it
As long as your request is active. If it doesn't move forward, we delete it within 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email us at summertechstudio@gmail.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here.
